A Research Associate at the Beijing Institute of Radiation Medicine, specializing in bioinformatics. My research focuses on applying single-cell omics to various biological conditions, with an emphasis on developing related algorithms and tools. I earned my Ph.D. from the Beijing Institute of Radiation Medicine, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, where I studied next-generation sequencing and the integration of multi-omics data under the supervision of Chenggang Zhang. I am new to GitHub.
